Young Carers

Credu WDC support young carers in North Wales up to the age of 18 in Wrexham, Conwy & Denbighshire, through the WCD Young Carers service. ASD is included as one of the disabilities they cover, so any siblings of our families would qualify.  Families can refer themselves or schools can do it with their permission. They run fortnightly social groups, trips, short breaks, support and advice and can do 1:1 support if needed.
