Ysgol Plas Brondyffryn has chosen to complete and work towards being accredited with the Carnegie Centre of excellence for Mental Health in Schools Mental Health Award.  It will allow the school a framework for whole school mental health development.  It will allow us to demonstrate a deep commitment to working towards excellent practice by making mental health and wellbeing a part of our core business. We would like to invite parents, carers, students, staff, governors and all involved with the YPBD community to contribute to this award.
We aim to share links, resources and ideas with you on a regular basis.
The following are recommended by Pooky Knighsmith who is leading a professional membership association for schools who are working towards the award.
