Back in 2020, we had the idea that our students could benefit from taking part in an Eisteddfod that allowed them to share all the wonderful skills that they have in many areas of the curriculum. Inspired by the Special Olympics, we asked Ysgol Tir Morfa if they would like to be involved in our inaugural Special Schools Eisteddfod. They have jumped at the chance and both schools have been working hard this year to contribute work from many areas of the curriculum.
This is not a competitive event, simply an exhibition of our student’s talents.
The theme of our eisteddfod is The Keys to The Future, we chose this theme as a way of looking forward to a brighter future following the few difficult years that we have been through.

This year our eisteddfod is online but we hope that in future years we will be able to incorporate live exhibitions and performances.
